• Predictive analytics for hiring success
• Candidate database and search functionality
• Client and project management tools
• Analytics and reporting features
• Integration with third-party systems

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your account information as necessary
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security

Our services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by ResumeGyani and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our platform, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content to provide our services.

Certain features of our services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees in advance for the billing period
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method
• Pay any applicable taxes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI predictions or recommendations

In no event shall ResumeGyani be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
